STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days

International (outside the UK): 7 to 15 business days

Please note: some orders may be fulfilled from our international warehouse depending on stock availability. If your order includes an item shipped internationally, please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders may take 1–3 business days to process after being placed. Weekends are not considered business days.

Due to high order volume, processing times may occasionally take longer than expected. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you're having trouble locating it, email our customer service team anytime at veloria.customer@gmail.com!

Christmas Delivery Notice

Due to high holiday demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 10th. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
