Cancellation Policy

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period" and applies in addition to our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

To cancel within this period, simply contact us at veloria.customer@gmail.com with your order number, stating that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

One-Time Purchases

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may return the item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging where possible. Please see our Refund Policy for full return instructions and shipping responsibilities.

Subscribe & Save Orders

If you've chosen a subscription (Subscribe & Save) option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following shipment.

To cancel a subscription:

  • Email us at veloria.customer@gmail.com with your order number and a request to cancel
  • Cancellations must be received before your next scheduled payment date
  • If your payment has already been processed for the upcoming shipment, that order cannot be cancelled or refunded under this policy, but all future shipments will be stopped

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund on shipments already received — those are covered separately under our standard Refund Policy and 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Once Your Order Has Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched before you request cancellation, you will need to follow our standard Returns process instead (see our Refund Policy) rather than this cancellation right, as the order is already in transit.

Exceptions

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to items that have been unsealed or used in a way that affects their suitability for resale, where this is required for hygiene reasons (in line with UK consumer protection law for cosmetic and skincare products). This does not affect your rights under our separate 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, which has its own terms.
